In an environment that required me to be firm, fair, and consistent, I also discovered the importance of listening, communicating, and extending grace when needed. Though I've since left that field I carry those lessons with me. They've shaped my ability to relate to others and remain adaptable in each new encounter. I now use that experience to serve others with realistic yet compassionate guidance in various areas of life.
