My graduation ceremony at the beautiful Lotus Pond.
As your personal registered yoga teacher (RYT), and a member of YogaAlliance.org, I meet you exactly where you are - physically, mentally, and emotionally - on your yoga journey. With compassion, patience, and a deep sense of grace, I offer guidance rooted in both the philosophy and physical practice of yoga. Together, we'll explore Hatha yoga, a gentle, grounding style that emphasizes relaxation, alignment, and mindful movement.
Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your connection to your body and energy, my goal is to help you feel grounded, relaxed, and empowered.
** Each session is specifically designed and tailored to YOU and your needs. Before our first session, I'll ask that you participate in a questionnaire that will help me learn more about your needs and what you are looking to achieve. There are no right or wrong answers, I just want to get to know YOU better so I can serve YOU better.
Each session is personalized based on your comfort level, goals, and energy. Depending on your needs, we may include:
45 minute session: $50
60 minute session: $65
75 minute session: $80
Payment is accepted via cash, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo.

Yoga is a holistic philosophy and way of life that combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to enhance both physical and mental well-being.
Each session can take place at your home, provided there is sufficient space, or at a neutral location such as a local park or other suitable area.
For each yoga session, I recommend bringing a bottle of water or any other non-carbonated, soothing beverage of your choice. Don’t forget your yoga mat, any props you may want to use (such as yoga blocks, a yoga blanket, or a bolster), and a small hand towel for comfort. You may also want to bring a journal or notebook to jot down any insights or thoughts after our session.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion, like leggings or sweatpants and a t-shirt or breathable top. Avoid overly loose clothing, as it may interfere with your practice. Make sure to wear socks and shoes that are easy to remove before starting the session.
If you don’t have your own yoga mat or props, don’t worry—I can provide a mat for you. However, I do recommend investing in your own mat and props to make your yoga journey more personal and enjoyable with your own equipment.
No, you don't need to be flexible to start yoga but it's a great way to improve flexibility.
