As a driving instructor, I provide patient, personalized, and practical instruction to help you become a safe, confident driver. Whether you're a first-time driver, a driver looking to prepare for the road test, a nervous adult getting back behind the wheel, or someone looking to improve specific driving skills, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.

My goal is to create a calm and supportive learning environment so you can thrive behind the wheel. 

I focus on real-world driving experience, including:

• Parking and maneuvering 
• Road test preparation
• Defensive driving techniques
• City, highway, and night-time driving
• Confidence-building and anxiety support

If you have a driver’s license but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure behind the wheel, you’re not alone - many adults experience this, and supportive practice can make a big difference.

Not everyone seeking driving guidance is a brand-new driver. Many adults already have a license but need support rebuilding comfort and confidence behind the wheel.

At Zen, Drive &Thrive, I offer supportive driving sessions designed for adults who feel anxious about driving, are returning after a long break, or are working through fear following an accident or injury.

These sessions are booked using the same lesson packages listed below.

Lessons are available 7 days a week during daylight hours.

Evening sessions may be scheduled based on the student’s goals, experience level, and readiness for nighttime driving.

Flexible scheduling is offered to accommodate busy calendars, while ensuring each student progresses at a pace that builds confidence and real-world driving skills.

Recommended Session Length

 Most students choose 90-minute sessions for deeper practice time and stronger progress between lessons. 

• 90- minute lesson - $95
• 60-minute lesson - $75           

Rates include pick-up/drop-off within a 15-mile radius of Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.

 Travel beyond 15 miles is available up to 25 miles for an additional $2 per mile. 

•  For students committed to steady progress, discounted 90-minute lesson packages are available: 

• 5-Lesson (90-minutes) Package - $450

 7.5 hours of instruction

You save $25 compared to booking individual sessions.

• 10-Lesson (90-minutes) Package - $875

 15 hours of instruction

You save $75 compared to booking individual sessions and this package Includes:

• Road test day vehicle use ($50 value) **
• Priority Booking
• Progress Tracking

** Scheduled within 30 days of your final lesson. We meet directly at the DMV for your appointment. 

Payment Information 

Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo. 

 To receive discounted package rates, full payment must be made by the end of the first lesson. 

Standard Additional Fees (If Applicable)

• Extended Travel: $2 per mile beyond the 15-mile service radius (up to 25 miles maximum from 33543). 
• Road Test Vehicle Usage: $50
  Includes use of a road-test-ready vehicle and meeting at the Wesley Chapel (Pet Lane) DMV for your scheduled road test.  (Included at no extra cost with the 10-lesson package.) 

Optional DMV Support Services 

 These are optional add-ons for students who would like additional guidance and convenience on test day. 

• Optional Pickup & Drop-off Service:  $100                      

Pickup and drop-off transportation to and from the DMV is available for students within a 30-minute radius of the Wesley Chapel DMV (Pet Lane location).

This is an additional convenience service that covers instructor travel time for pickup, transportation to the DMV, and return drop-off after the test, and is charged in addition to the $50 vehicle use fee.

• DMV Accompaniment & Support (Client Uses Their Own Vehicle): $50 

Up to 60 minutes

Includes:

• Meeting you at the DMV
• Assistance with check-in and paperwork flow
• Vehicle readiness walk-through (lights, signals, mirrors, etc.)
• Pre-test coaching and calming support
• Waiting on-site during your exam
• Quick post-test debrief
   

Additional time: $25 per 30 minutes.

Students must have a valid Learner’s Permit present during every lesson, regardless of their age.

 Student Agreement Required
All students must review and sign the Student Agreement before scheduling lessons. This document outlines important policies, expectations, and safety requirements. 

 This document is provided for review purposes only. A printed copy will be provided for signature at your first lesson. 

 I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please reach out by text or email as soon as possible. Timely communication helps keep the schedule accurate and allows me to better accommodate all students.

Because each lesson time is reserved specifically for you, the following policy helps keep scheduling fair and consistent:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• No-shows (including not being present or ready at the scheduled time) will incur a $50 fee.
• If the instructor arrives and the student chooses not to proceed with the lesson, this is considered a no-show, and the $50 fee applies.
• Once a lesson has begun, full payment for the scheduled session is required.

With Zen, Drive & Thrive,  your time and progress matter. In order to make the most of each session, I kindly ask that students be ready to begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you're not prepared when the session is set to start, it may shorten your drive time, especially when appointments are scheduled back-to-back.

We also understand that life (and traffic) can be unpredictable. While I always strive to arrive on time, please allow up to a 15 minute grace period for unforeseen travel delays between appointments. If ever I anticipate a delay longer than that, I’ll reach out to communicate as early as possible. You will still receive your full driving time.
